What Is Dekton?
Dekton is a sophisticated, ultra-compact surface crafted by blending the raw materials found in premium glass, porcelain, and quartz. Using exclusive Sinterized Particle Technology, these minerals are compressed under extreme pressure and fused at over 2200°F.
This state-of-the-art process completely eliminates micro-defects and porosity, resulting in a solid, high-performance material that easily outlasts natural stone.

- Vulnerable to edge chipping: While the surface is nearly indestructible, blunt impact from heavy iron pans can chip crisp corners or edges.
- Strict professional installation required: The incredible density of the slab requires specialized diamond tools to fabricate and install correctly.
- Surface-printed veining: On certain styles, the complex patterning is applied to the surface layer and does not always run all the way through the edge profile.
